Q. What makes Clasmade beverageware different?
A. Clasmade beverageware is intended to be hand-washed, reused and recycled. It is ideal for outdoor settings and pool parties, weddings, birthdays, and all types of special events. It is also the only reusable/recyclable/disposable beverageware available with integrated LED lighting.
Q. How long do the LED lights last?
A. The batteries in the LED light modules are rated to last for approximately 24 hours of use.
Q. How do I care for my Clasmade products? Are they dishwasher safe?
A. To keep your Clasmade beverageware lustrous and to maintain their elegant shape, hand washing and drying with a lint-free towel or paper cloth is recommended. However, engraved and printed Flutes and Tumblers have been tested to be top rack dishwasher safe for several washings. Charmed and LED cups should not be placed in the dishwasher.
Q. How does the customizing process work?
A. To get started on your order of stemless etched or color printed glasses, you only need to upload your artwork onto our web-based design lab and follow the prompts to the completion of your purchase. A free clip art gallery of images and fonts are also available for you to design and submit your own original artwork.
Q. What is the minimal order quantity?
A. We pride ourselves on being able to cater to the smallest events, with quantities starting at just 10 pieces per order. Orders must be placed in multiples of 10 or 48 units.
Q. How do I recycle my Clasmade beverageware?
A. Clasmade beverageware can be recycled with most plastics, including PET bottles and containers. Recycling programs can vary from state to state. We recommend checking with your county or state to ensure your Clasmade beverageware is being recycled properly.
