Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept used, washed, soiled, or damaged products. If you would like to inquire about a return, please send an email to the address below with your name, order number, and the reason for the return and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis. We do not allow returns on custom orders that have started production.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the refunded item(s). Please review the return policy for the refund process.

What if I received damaged or incorrect items?

If you have received items damaged during shipping or incorrect items, please contact within five days of receiving your package. Please provide your name and order number and we'll start resolving the issue straight away.
